Ansel Capital Partners is an organization located in Colorado comprised of sophisticated, accredited investors1, who are former CEOs, physicians, healthcare professionals, VCs, and serial entrepreneurs. ACP is not a fund. Investment members collaborate on due diligence, but make individual investment decisions (under common valuation and terms). Because members are accredited investors, they understand the risk, complexity, and illiquid aspects of private equity investing. As a group we are well connected to potential customers, service providers, partners and future sources of financing. Ansel Capital Partners is a member of the Angel Capital Association. The Angel Capital Association is the professional alliance of angel groups in North America, providing professional development, best practices, networking and collaboration opportunities for angel investors who belong to member angel groups. |
